BEST TIME TO DO YOGA OR PRANAYAMA ?

IS MORNING THE BEST TIME TO DO YOGA ?

I’D SAY YES

EARLY MORNING IS  THE SPIRITUALLY CHARGED TIME OF THE DAY AND CONSIDERED BEST FOR ANY KIND OF MEDITATION AND YOGA PRACTICE.

BUT WE KNOW VERY WELL HOW HECTIC  WORK SCHEDULE IS NOWDAYS , PEOPLE ARE UNABLE TO GET ENOUGH TIME TO DO YOGA OR EVEN MEDITATION. SO THEY JOIN HEALTHY CLASSES  ON WEEKENDS WHICH MAY NOT CREATE THAT MUCH IMPACT ON ONE’S BODY.

GOOD THING IS , WE CAN DO YOGA , MEDITATION , AASANAS AT ANY TIME ( EVEN WHEN YOU’RE WORKING) WHICH IS A GREAT STRESS BUSTER.

YES I AGREE THAT MORNING IS THE BEST TIME TO DO YOGA BUT IF YOU DON’T HAVE TIME TO  DO THAT, IT’S FINE, YOU CAN DO THAT IN THE EVENING.

SO, THE BOTTOMLINE IS THAT PRACTICE YOGA WHENEVER YOU’VE GOT TIME TO DO THAT, UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES I’D RECOMMEND TO DO THAT IN THE EVENING (6-7PM)
